No hard feelings .. but since the release it been from worse to even worse .. and it's been some months already
Not to mention that your devs are unable to script a no rollback policy
In case you don't know .. usually a database has backup and redo logs, which are created constantly .. if setup so
When server crashes, it should be restored to the minute .. not 5 min ago .. not 10 min ago .. etc

RIght affter maintance login server crash during the game and guess what 34 min nobady is there to reset it
