Today I bought a mount,I came to a mailbox there is nothing.So I check if I select a wrong toon/realm nope I didn't. Everything is correct toon/realm.. Any suggestions?

Usualle the items take some time to arrive, it's about 30 seconds or so but you need to be logged out to get the items from the marketplace. Relogging or restarting the client usually does the trick. If this was not the case, did you check your history to make sure you actually bought it?
