No dropdown list for char transfer

I am trying to transfer a character to a different realm, same game- cata to cata server, but the dropdown menu shows no realm options, it only says "select realm." Am I doing something wrong?

Transfers to/from Warsong are disabled due to the nature of the realm, and since there are no other standard realms for Cata than just Frostwolf, that means there are no realm transfers valid for that expansion.
