Guild bugs?

So I made a guild and:
When I made the tabard color and emblem changed - tried it 10 times
Guild xp bar doesnt move
I remember that I got Everyone Needs a Logo but now it says I didnt
can any1 help pls?

I'm not sure about the other issues but the guild xp bar is a visual bug. Bar doesn't move but when you do daily quests your guild will level up just fine.
