So out of curiosity, how do heirlooms work on this server? Do they add the 10% experience bonus before or after the 7x experience rate?

For example, if something gave 100xp on retail, it would give 700xp on Warmane, so if you had heirlooms equipped would it give 710xp (adding 10% of the original 100 to the 700 from accelerated experience) or 770xp (adding 10% of the 7x total)?
