Now that the realms have stabilized a bit and population has also evened out, both ragnaros and deathwing have pretty much the same population all times of the day, I was wondering when realm transfers will be opened from Deathwing to Ragnaros.

Even if you want to open it up only for coins initially, its fine. Are there any plans for this?
