Technical Wanted to do the same name as before (molten), but it's taken. Can I retrive it?

I didn't play WoW for some time, but I donated so my account shouldn't be deleted. Now I tried to log in, but I can't. So I tried to create the same name new acc and it's taken. I also tried to retrive password and etc, but it only gives errors. My email is taken too. Is there any way to retrive my old acc? My nick was bodzio1809.
