Missing items pls help

Hi my name is Iamirongland im orc shaman i had 2 sets of items 1 for resto sendond for enha yesterday when i switched my items form resto vanished like 5 epic items gone item restoration aint healping if anyone has any idead cuz gm didnt undersatnd what am i asking he mailed me 1 of my items my enha one hand weapon which was missing 2

It wasn't a GM who emailed you anything for sure. GMs don't hand out items under any circumstances.
If your items vanished due to a bug, they should return to you automatically by mail like the one that did. If they don't, and if you got those specific items with coins, you can open a Support ticket on the website. Otherwise the items are gone and you'll need to get them again.
