So after some time of scrolling around orgrimmar i decided to go for my mount(Time-Lost Proto Drake),i went there, and BOOM.Found it in few minutes, now what really happened was, before i even killed him,i took my time, didnt want to do any mistake and make him fall under the texture.I tried to pull him to the ground but he was already flying too far,and he was just leaving combat before i get on the ground, which was impossible to kill there. What i've decided to do is,kill him while he is flying, and hopefully will be able to loot him when he falls. But what happened? He felt under the freaking ice,and i couldn't fkin loot him, just please..If somehow you could help me,i would really appreciate it,i've been farming it for 3 days,it's not my fault 'cause the ground is bugged, just please give me my mount...
Last I heard, GM's cannot give items, no matter the circumstance. I was "robbed" by bugs preventing loot distribution previously and was turned down, too -- so I know the sting it leaves.
Items that you want/need - GMs are not allowed to give a player ANY item under ANY circumstances.
That can happen sometimes, which is the reason why it's advised to kill it only when he's landed.
Unfortunately you're going to have to find and kill it again, like all the others in the past who had the same issue.
I am honestly wondering: would it had made any difference if he had a video clearly showing he found, killed, and couldn't loot the corpse? I'm wondering if it would help for me to be taking a video if I ever should be lucky enough to see his dragon.

It would make no difference, evidence or not, GMs are not allowed or able to give out items.
but i couldnt drag him to the ground,in order to kill him ''while he is landed'',and i explained that nicely....i couldnt even drag him on a mountain that was few feet apart, thats why there was no other choice but to kill him while he was flying and hope for the best, which didn't turn out well.
Yes, you explained why you took a chance at killing him in the air, but your explanation just shows you knew what could happened and the result if you had back luck.
