Ban appeal system hear me people

Hello,
I have been found guilty for "Wintrading", and yes I did that thing, although did not know that it is illegal. Hoped that our dear community will show mercy and unban atleast one of my characters. Now what I found out is that "ban appeal" section is useless and nobody really cares about that. Did two "normal" ban appeals, got same answer, so tried "trolling". Guess what, same answer. After I wrote to head master, he wrote that guy who is working in "ban appeal" section is working just fine.

If this is how this system should work, in that case it is really sad. Probably I will get banned out of forum, but atleast some people will see the truth, how game masters care about us.
Sorry for what I did, really enjoy this server, but please, show for us some respect aswell.
