Sky Crystal failed on Alani Stormborn

I farmed 10 Skyshards and converted it into a Sky Crystal, I used it on Alani on a tree, it removed buff but gains the buff again. It took me AGES to farm these Skyshards! Is there any way to retrieve the mount or skyshards/sky crystal?

I doubt the gms would probably give you the mount it's against the rules or at least forbidden for gm's to do so anyway you should have stood at the branch not the middle anyway good luck farming them again i was farming for a week only got 4 which is frustrating i'd like to know how you long you took to get them and where

No, it isn't. GMs don't hand out items as Zero said.
It's unfortunate that you got affected by a bug like that, but it's part of what you accept might happen when you decide to play on any private server.

Post a bug report with the video again, They should fix it but in some time but it's worth so nobody can be affected again and lose tons of time farming for 10 0.01% drops which will normally take up to 4 days minimum , Well i am sorry for your accident but i'm sure you can farm them again later . Zero Out
