cant queue stuck in phantom BG

earlier today i logged out in the middle of a BG and when i came back i was a ghost in the middle of pandaria with no body so i used the website unstuck to fix my character. after doing that i died from fall damage and instead of turning into a ghost to go res at my body i got ported to a eye of the storm match that i wasn't a part of didn't queue for and wasn't in a party at all. there were people running around playing the match but no points or anything were being scored so i figured it was bugged and used unstuck again. im now stuck in a phantom BG that i cant leave because i was never actually a part of and now i cant queue up for any pvp or anything its not like when you get stuck in a dungeon queue on cata because it hasn't gone away and im not actually in a queueu the game thinks im currently in a BG/arena match. i opened a ticket ingame but never got a response and figured this was the next step to getting saved does anyone a GM or otherwise have any ideas on how to get me out of this BG? i cant do any pvp or pve and just kinda sitting there in the shrine is no fun.
