higher ilvl and raids gets released when they have been worked on to a degree where the staff feels its ok to release it.
there are no ifs no buts no whens and no "maybes" or no "i know they will bcus" there is only what is in the oficial news and when there are no news about something being released on a specific date any information regarding such a thing is pure speculation and 99,9999999999999% not true
and if there is already dragonsoul released on cata or icc on wotlk then there will never be A "higher ilvl release"
onyl server so far could be the mop servers because as i understand it they have only up until throne of thunder. next and last raid will then be siege of orgrimmar but to as when it will be released the abve applies.
It is Mop server i have in mind, but other people intuition and thought is better than nothing. Some people may have been here for many years and maybe have an idea how long time there was between each new raid release, or some other things which might indicate it....
i am not expected "99.99999999999999%" truth, but a reasoned idea, as i stated !!!
