My laptop broke today. The fan is completely shot. It's going to cost me 50 dollars to replace the fan at my friend's computer shop, and it won't be ready for 3-5 days.

If you were permabanned, I don't think there's something you can do... To be honest...
They answer my tickets (about DC's, bugs in-game, and stuff alike that might be on their end) in few days... So, my advice is to bump it, and if in a few days they don't answer, you can start getting a new account... Hell, I even have one that I don't use much, I can borrow it until you get one of your own.

My account was hijacked and it was down to Leagues system that I got banned in the first place. I changed my password the second I got an email saying someone had access to it, but it didn't kick them offline, instead they were there for 50 minutes trolling, insulting and flaming two ****ing teams.
I did the right thing, I changed my security details the second it was taken over, and it was riot's system failure that kept the hacker online.

It's almost three years old I think?

The only reason the fan died is because it's an MSI, a specific model which is specifically built for it's high performance, and the fan works it's *** off. Also, I use it multiple hours every day for various games.

I remember when I came to the forums for the first time, you were using the name "Grace", and I guess for a couple of years aswell... If that's the case, the new name is great, and the avatar aswell. :)

The change was mostly because of my outlook on myself. I didn't feel like a "Grace", like it didn't reflect how I felt about myself at all. Thus, I ended up not liking it and changed to Sapphire. But that's happened again. "Sapphire" is a term I've used to describe the state of my heart (blue, cold stone) since my late teenage years. I don't feel that's appropriate anymore either. I'm.... happy.

Just like I went from using dark twisty names to stuff like Harmony, Faith and Angel. It's strange what happiness can do to you.

well, I started using Detrimonus as my online name, from the word Detrimental.
