My character Superdie server bug cataclysm netharion .. does his reputation with guild . please i need you to help me , I fail several screenshots showing that and won exp and not added ..

Its probably just a visual bug. On MoP it would do the same but if you keep with it you'll see that you level up in the guild. Sometimes the progress bars just do not show your progress, but you ARE gaining progress. Keep doing things that gain guild XP and watch to see if you go up in guild levels.
