1. "The Captcha was incorrect"

    Heyho!

    I was just about to do a backup, now I can't loggin anymore.

    I recive an email with the code, which I have to paste due to the "new ip" which is trying to loggin.

    Everytime I do this I recive the error "The captcha was incorrect".

    So please, please help me.

  2. There's something wrong with logging in with Two Factor Authentication.. I'm not getting Captcha code at all.

    I have the exact same issue. I need to authenticate but there is no Captcha code to be seen. Reloading etc. does nothing whatsoever and, judging from the fact that multiple people have this issue as well, I'd say it has to be some kind of defect in the website (I cannot imagine that it would be my computer somehow since multiple people seem to have this issue). Is there really no Moderator or anyone that can clarify anything about this? Whether it is some error in the website or someting else?

    Is there really no Moderator or anyone that can clarify anything about this? Whether it is some error in the website or someting else?
    Moderators don't deal with the website portion. We have no access to it beyond a regular user. This was forwarded to be checked, but despite rumors our Staff still are normal people who need sleep and have duties outside Warmane. Only a few people have complained as well (and it's working as far as it was tested), so it might be something client-side and not on the web server. Have you tried cleaning your browser cache, force-reloading the page or a different browser?

    I received mine. Are you sure you're using the right e-mail? And take a look at the spam folder.

    I had no idea who would know anything about that so I just wrote Moderators since I know they're on the forums. But I defenitely didn't mean to sound ''accusing'' or anything! I obviously do not expect GM's or moderators etc. to be on 24/7. I merely asked if there was anyone that knew something about it be it a staff member or a player. I hope that I did not offend you or any other Moderator by putting it like that, If I did then I am sorry.
