Connection issue.

Hello, I have this problem: I can log in normally, and the retrieve of my toons seem normal but when I try to log in my main (laerciow) it wont connect properly, none of the channels load and everyones name appears as unknown, the latency is always showed as 0ms. I tried with other toons and other account, they kinda connect well but with some high latency. I tested my ping in some pages and they show my ping is like 100ms. Im from southamerica if it matters, I already tried deleting the cache, interface and wtf folder.
