Install the patch from an administrator account. If you still have issues, try taking ownership of the folder: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...menu-in-vista/. Also make sure your E drive is writeable.

when i login it comes up with updating so it dose that then says it needs a patch so i click that witch tacks me to Blizzard downloader dose that fine then comes up with that message
If you downloaded the torrent it should be complete, just start from the wow.exe. If you can screenshot the patch window it might be more clear for me.
