Any tips on where to spend vote points for someone new to mop in general? Aside from heirlooms and mounts, what else is there to get?

To be honest i would just expect TOES/HOF/MSV normal gear or gear below that in vote shop... + mounts, tabards, pets etc....

IDK why T14 isnt in the Vote Shop already.
Or at least really old JP gear 476ilvl stuff.

How about current profession mats ala frozen orb/chaos orb from previous expansions? Is there really nothing useful gearing-wise in the current vote marketplace?
