Okay so I'm trying to collect achievements I had before the Moltdown, and as of late the manual for the Heavy Frostweave Bandage has eluded me for the Ultimate Triage and Stocking up achieves in First Aid.
I'm aware the manual is a world drop item - but here's the thing. I've been playing since the Moltdown (and long before it), and since coming back I've NEVER seen it drop, ever. Whereas pre-Moltdown it dropped at LEAST 2, 3 times whenever I was farming in Icecrown.
Is this normal? I definitely don't think it is. OpenWoW says the rate's at least 8% for many Icecrown NPCs. So either something's glitched on my end, or the drop rate's REALLY been nerfed down, I don't know which.
If anyone could provide some feedback, that'd be great.
