Can't begin questing in Pandaria

I'm probably a noob for asking this but I have no other choice. I had this quest called Art of War and I abondoned it when I couldn't find the person I was supposed to to talk to. Now I don't know how to begin questing in Pandaria. I have tried taking a portal to Pandaria, but there were no quests I could take. SO if anyone could help me it would be great!
