What are the rates on each server?
Which server is more PvP oriented?

Both Ragnaros and Deathwing are 7x rated.
Both servers have similar level of PvP, but I suspect Ragnaros has more PvP action by a very very slight margin, going by the number of PvE guilds.
At this point you can think of the two realms as absolutely identical.
A new WotLK realm is in the works, called Lordaeron. It will be a 1x rates, hardcore realm, with a much higher coin cost for donation gear. It is scheduled to be released sometime before the end of August, but might come out earlier if staff is comfortable with the amount of working content.

Unfortunately I don't have that much time to spend my time on a server with 1x rates, since I have just barely time for a 7x server.
About the 2 Wotlk-Realms..
Do they run on the same script? How's with crashes and buggs?

Yep, same everything.
They are very good with uptimes too.

Ragnaros and Deathwing run the same core, Blackrock runs a different core, Lordaeron at this moment runs a different core than all of the others aswell.
Ragnaros and Deathwing = normal realms with the normal scripts
Blackrock = pure pvp with old AT core & scripts
Lordaeron (ALPHA/PTR) = PTR with the newest & latest updates, upgrades, fixes etc. characters will be wiped before release.
