luncher or wow.exe for frostwolf realm

Hello guys :)
i decided to move warmane (old molten) Frostwolf realm of other server but my wow have problem . when i change realmlist it says realm offline i had this problem with my last server too but problem solved with server luncher.
my question is here have luncher or wow.exe specialy for this realm to loggin?
and have character transfer system?

You should edit your Config.wtf file in WTF folder by typing our realmlist on the first line. And no, we do not support transfers from other servers.
