2 weeks ago Valve kicked me from a match and said something about anti-cheat system, so I couldn't reconnect and got 7 days ban. I had to google a solution to this problem because since then I couldn't connect to the game.
This week, playing my 2nd game since I was unbanned, I was playing poorly because I didn't play in a week. And my team also was. So they started kicking each other with the intention of ending the match, though I didn't agree they threatened kicking me first and I feared I'd be banned if I was. So we started kicking each other, I was the 3rd person to get kicked and I was banned.

Actually, if you're alone you can surrender. I did it before.
There was one day, I was the last in my group. Instead of surrendering I played with the bots. I actually won more games with the bots than with my teammates.
