Technical Unplayable Lag for No Reason

Hi guys,

Today I am trying to play on Frostwolf. I login and in Stormwind I have 150ms. However as soon as a I enter a bg, my ms spikes to between 1500ms and 4000ms... Any idea whats wrong? My net has no issues, speed test gave me a download speed of 8mb/s (Very good for south african internet).

You don't have any significant bufferbloat so thats that.

Do the lag spikes appear only on peak times (5PM-1AM local time). ?

If you are sure you don't have any connection issues, you may try to use WTFast software.
