Hey.

Currently I'm sitting at 2k rating with iLvL of 500 (hunter), playing with resto druid.

Hmm leme see, "iLvL of 500 (hunter)" totaly dmg scaled comparing to other classes?

Gm answered me: "From Q&A team,chimera shoot should hit for 125k+ non buffed". then im woundering: Why my Mortal strike dont hit 125k since its primary dps spell,same like chimera on hunter?? O.o??
+ in every way, PvP dmg not scaled for many classes so im just playin pve for now,u should do that aswell.

Hi! Im Raxor, a Human Arms Warrior. English isn't my native language, so i'll apologize from the beginning if i commit a mistake.

I started farming for my PvP Gear 2 or 3 Weeks ago.
I noticed that there are a lot of player doing the same, most of them are really "ungeared", but i'm not here to talk about them, because i'm more than sure that a lot of you are tired about that topic.

What i really want to say, is that i also noticed a few player that are really skilled compared to the rest, on both sides (Horde and Alliance), some of them didn't have all the pvp gear, so i considered them as really good pvp players. My question is:

How many people like this are in this realm? I mean people that play PvP in a "Competitive" way, or at least that are really skilled.
Who are the best players in this realm?

I just want to know a bit more about this realm! :D

well i tell u some stuffs about this realm ( keep in mind that i am a frost mage )
1.A ww monk disarmed me in arena about like 2k rating ( DISARMING MAGE!)
2. back peddler hunters make like 40% of hunter's population
3.i saw a couple of hunters with leather contender set
4.i got disarmed 4 or 5 times in a BG! (DISARMING MAGE!)
5.hunters silencing warriors ( this **** happens alot its not like some missclick)
6. only 0.1% of healers dispel CCs /DOTS
7.LoS ing ccs , meh i rarely saw that ( well i saw some good healers in arena who actually LoSed alot my pollys)
8.RBG is dead ( some guilds like pokemonz still do RBG but its not that much common to see ppl doin RBG)
9.And after a certain rating ( like 1800 ) most comps are these : warr/healer + affli/Rshaman + hunter/healer ( sometimes feral/healer ) ( i mostly run mage/sp or mage/rogue )

I play mainly as a caster and it's really funny why most of casters actually think that those who disarm them are just ******eds but there are a lot of good reasons for that:
1º You lose the pvp power in your weapon while you are disarm, so you deal less damage;
2º For example, monk disarm (Grapple Weapon) "You fire off a rope spear, grappling the target's weapons and shield, returning them to you for 8 sec.

If you steal a better main-hand weapon, your damage or healing will be increased by 5% or damage taken reduced by 5%." font";
3º Your abilities look like you got interrupeted so some ppl actually stop doing damage for that time and others do lots of mistakes because they cant track of their abilities;
4º You get pissed or laugh at your enemy and you are likely to do mistakes.

I don't recall any other good reasons but i don't if there are others :)

Well if some ppl at top are really bad at this game at the same time isn't their fault that others haven't worked as hard as they to achieve that gear and the were they are, so for those confident of their skills just farm your gear and "JUST DO IT" :D

I can use my stuff when "silenced" but it looks like i cant wich does sometimes cause me to look at it for a second or so...

Actually it's a common mistake on wow to think that disarm when applied remove the weapon.It actually prevent you from using it only and doesn't affect the stats,prove watch the max hp of your target when you disarm him, it won't change.

Otherwise if you are using it for the visual bug it's kind of abusing bugs.

That is in fact not the case at all.In what expansion was that the case ever ? I am not saying YOU - but this is why 90 % of the "high" rated warriors on this realm are mediocre players at best, you don't even know your own abilities.Same like that hunter stuck on 2k spamming aimed shot and complaining how he lacks gear ( maybe to spam more aimed shots ? or maybe he cant find a glyph for it on AH ?).
This is why there are total of 4-5 hunters above 2.4k rating.People don't even try to grasp the basics of the class they are playing.

Im a Multi Gladiator on molten-wow, NOT on retail, but i can clarify some things said and asked.
First of all, MOP is the only expansion in which the HIGH END gear boosts your damage to the sky. A simple test was made a week ago: A full Tyr warrior and a grev warrior pushed the same spells without no buffs or procs and the result was around 35% More damage than the Tyr warrior - Thats a fact.
Being stuck on a certain rating means you either improve your skill, setup or gear, or maaaaybe dodge some peeps. Those who haven't played retail and are crying about bugs, Go to the bugtracker and read whats up. The most unbalanced classes in my opinion are Frost mages, Affly Locks and hunters. And no, im not playing a warrior myself.

Its meant to be this way, silence prevents warriors from using shouts.

Reason people qq more about warriors than any other class is pretty simple...there is a warrior for every 3 players of any other classes :p...

ALL classes are bugged amd quite some are worse then warriors but if you fight against 10 warriors and just 1 inbalance druid you get pissed at the warriors.


As for MoP PvP it's quite active and I hear both sides cry about losing a lot of bgs
