first.. sorry if this isnt right spot for this topic but i have no idea where to put it .. second .. im having a problem with one dude hes staklin me from horde.. and i changed to ally now he made a char in ally and haresting me .. insulting my mom.. really bad he is a reall pain in the asss i cant chill anywhere he just find me and spaming discusting stuff like a ****ing psiho .. not cool to insult my dead mom :) can anyone help me about him or just fix ignore thing so i dont see his message .. i made a ticket also but nothing happend . here is screenshot http://imgur.com/Go1gnNM i dont think u undestand that language but again pls help with that :)

GM already taken care of that but next time please write a ticket in-game (you must be online until you get any response) or write to any GM on forum following link posted by Noxiuss.
