Rated Battlegrounds

This is a serious topic. When do you think it's possible that we can incooperate Rated Battlegrounds with rewards ranging from pets to mounts or even special access to dungeons or pve content with toys .

I've always felt that adding World PvP along with RBGs would truly make this way better than retail. AT had world PvP but with no rewards yet people still played it because it was fun. If you could beat retail, your population would flourish with rewards with transmogs perhaps even more.
