My fps outside arena is between 100-200,

When i join arena my fps is fine but after 1-5 minutes it drops to 10-30 and i have to /reload every 5 minutes.

It only happens on blackrock server, i play on 2 different servers but i never have to /reload there.

i tried turning off addons one by one
(abs, arena countdown, arenaframes, bindpad, bartender4, capping, combatlogfix, classportraits, diminishing returns, dispelborder, erorfilter, eventalerter, interuptbar, lib:ace2,3, loosecontrol, omnicc, moveanything, platebuffs, quartz, snowfallkeypress, soundalerter, rais arena castbars, totemplates, expshow)
but i still had the same issue every arena.

Is it because i dont have 3.3.5b patch?
Does anybody have the same issue?
