    What about deleted characters ?

    Yo, on AT i had ~100 deleted characters, now they've been lost, they don't appear in the characters restoration list...
    And...u didn't give us the opportunity to backup them before u migrate with that server, just saying.
    Thanks for making me lose my characters (some of them were high experienced).
    Thanks for making me lose my time playing for nothing.

    Yes i am mad.
    And...the characters restoration system has to be free for VIP users.

    Actually when someone types something, you read it aloud, so you obviously hear it.

    The forum largely is intended for the community to communicate with each other. Communication with the staff is intended to a much lesser extent. While we do reply when we feel it is necessary, we don't always see everything posted immediately (especially as individuals). Which means that communication with the community members directly is most common in specific sections of the forum (Latest News for ex.). If anyone should want a specific question answered by a staff member, then I would encourage you to directly message a staff member that you think may have the answer to your question instead of complaining about the lack of staff responses in community forum boards.

    That being said, the OP should either send Malaco a private message or make a support ticket on the website (or both).

  10. I sent a mail to Malaco but i am not getting any answer, what am i supposed to do ?
    I of course wrote a support ticket on the website, and they told me to contact Malaco, what i did but he's still not answering.
    (Sent the mail 2d ago).
