Technical Lag increased. Bigger latency than 2 days ago.

Hi, as of today 7/12/2015. I've been having a big issue with the latency, normally I play with 100-200 ms which was fine and playable for my region (AMERICAS: Lima, Peru, South America). But since yesterday and probably the day before it, my latency has been around 350-700 growing intensely without doing anything.

Reason?
At first, as normal I thought it was just me so decided to do a track of my packets, current speed, download/upload... It was as usual when I don't do any download either upload.
Then decided to ask some people who live close to my region.
A friend of Santiago, Chile has been playing with 500-1000 and he had an avereage 130--300 ms. Another friends from Chile told me the same, that their latency has increased without them doing anything to affect it and all of them thought it was just them.
Another friend from Buenos Aires, Argentina has been playing with 400-700 ms all day. He usually has an avereage 200 ms so it was kinda a surprise for him.

Meanwhile, I asked a friend from Netherlands about his latency. He has been playing with 10-20ms as he usually does so there was no issue with him.
* I haven't ask anyone from the US, Mexico or Canada so I don't have any clue of how is it in North America. If someone from there has been experiencing the same, I would really appreciate a comment right here in this thread).

TL;DR; I've done some tests with servers located in Sweden/NL/Germany and I have my usual 150-200 ms.

So, I suppose this issue with this latency has something to do with the Americas. I don't know if the servers are under a low-scale DDoS attack or it's just a maintenance... I would really appreaciate to know what's going on and if possible when will this end.

Same here, but you kinda lucky with 150-200ms i have 300+ for 3 days, can't raid, can't pvp. Simply waiting till this ends, for me it's like server offline for 3 days.

i am from south america i am the only one with bad luck who has this issue, all of my friends can play normally pls fix this :/

Can confirm this issue as well;

The last few days my latency increased from 40~50 stable MS to 170 MS and this only happens in Warmane Server;

Made several ping tests and tested connection to several servers to check if it was an ISP issue or a Realm Issue. Since I saw this post I start to believe it's a realm issue. There's a thing that wasn't pointed out and I would like to point it out;

- The lag isn't stable at all - Let me explain it - At random logins my ms can stay at 40~50ms but let's imagine that I decide to make a quick relog - The ping jumps to 170ms again.

- There's no peak time. It happens anytime during the day.

Since I'm from Portugal, it's not only the Americas players experiencing this issue. Some European players are being affected as well.

Today i had 50ms only it seems it's finally fixed.
