Hello i am kiha from team NVMI you all know we finihsed 3rd on the warmane pvp tournament but 3-4 days after the tournament when we were supposed to get paid malaco typed this on tournament skype discusion :
[27.5.2015 г. 16:47:24] Malaco: Your team have been disqualified for the tournament due to suspected ddos attempt, sabotaging for other players such as stealing their names and also insulting staff members.
and he left the skype discusion immediately
using thinks made by some lies and absurd things like "suspected ddos attempt",we never recalled insulting members of staff at any point of the tournament not after,GM PROTERIAN watching everything going on around the tournament with malaco and was in our skype discussion i want to see with my eyes what he will answer. Is anyone of us insulted staff members ? This is a absurd lie!,how to comment on that? (suspected ddos attempt)
We will not tolerate any delay. If you're delaying the tournament for more than 5 min, you will lose that matchup.
Its your responsibility to protect yourself from ddos attacks.
We will be very strict and log everyone that logs on the accounts.
these are the tournament rules in (tournament info). The organizers and Malaco broke their own rules, the minute they got connection problems Malaco cancelled the matchup and postponed it for about 30 minutes. After that we defeated them fair and square without any internet problems during the match.I deny the ridiculous accusation of ddosing one of the teams. Our team done nothing of the sort, the fact that their internet stopped or has been ddosed does not prove or even suggest that we are responsible.
For me all of this is corruption and undercover action without warmane community knowing what really happens they didn't announce our disqualification on forum (tournament info) i asked malaco many times to announce our disqualification even GM Proterean send my request to him:
pls announce our disqualification

all i got from Malaco was ignoring or not typical stuff for a Admin,Game Master or whatever is he --// http://i.imgur.com/mPuwohp.png /middle finger /i dont want they to back decision and to get any money all i want its just to announce our disqualification because they didn't do that,If you reasons for our disqualification are indeed justified and true, then you, just out of professionalism, should announce our disqualification on the forum (tournament info) so that all warmane community can see it. Not just giving us the news that we have been disqualified and we won’t receive 3rd place money in secret over skype like typical internet frauds and then just disappear and ignore our messages.
According to the forum (tournament info) we are still in 3rd place.however, the true is that they didn't pay us and used strange disqualification reason 3-4 days after the tournament http://challonge.com/WIT1 we were expelled but I doubt this is much of a deal to them since they lie hundreds of players using our hard work good luck with malaco tournaments.....
interesting...i heard a rumour a long time ago that malaco didn't pay conrad and azael for commentating...i wonder if there is any truth in either of these..
I'm not quite sure what do you mean by announcing on the forums. Would you like us to put it on the website front page that we merely disqualified your team? It is our common practice for years that we do not display 'naughty' players publicly due to witch hunts, privacy attacks and such. It was and it always will be that such things are between us and the players who have committed offenses. However, if you desperately wish for us to list the reasons publicly, here you go. Consider this as the only announcement this situation will ever get.
Your team was disqualified for the following:
▪ insulting staff members on RaidCall, the day before the tournament.
▪ saving character names of other participants on purpose in order to cause a 'headache' to the staff because suddenly every player who was trying to recreate their character on the tournament realm. This was done on two occasions on two different accounts despite our warning after the first occasion that a disqualification would be in order if such a thing were to happen again.
▪ refusing to be part of RaidCall during the tournament despite it being one of the rules and refusing to talk there in any way
▪ DDOSing the opposing team in an obvious manner. There are numerous screenshots in circulation of a Skype call where one of your team members posts Skype contact information of a temporary account the opposing team has created to avoid DDOSing and posting IP addresses. This was evident as it was visible live on a twitch livestream. Surely, moments later after that information was posted, one of the opposing team members started having connectivity issues that were quite evident.
▪ Your team captain was banned permanently for DDOSing with full evidence (with even a written confession of this player that he indeed did DDOS while doing the deed) even before the tournament occurred. Due to several circumstances your team was invited into the tournament despite this fact.
We have announced and clarified that all matches and all games will be reviewed after the tournament and that we reserve the right to modify the standings if were to find anything that doesn't look right. We have the replay system and we're able to check how things happened and to analyse how things went.
Despite these headaches, we still have managed to pull of a great tournament without hiccups. We have put a tremendous amount of work and an absurd amount of hours into making everything right. I hope that was enough 'transparent' for you. If you have any other questions, you can PM here on the forums as creating more threads about this would render nothing useful.
