Pacified

My account has been pacified and silenced as if now I am not able to do anything I tried to decline my dk quest en get it back.
Problem 1: I can't get the quest back
Problem 2: There is no possible way for to unpacifie myself
Problem 3: My tickets has remained unanswered for about 6 hours now. (Due to idk what inactive gm's or not enough gm's..)

If any of you could please help me out ? I would really appreciate that !
