I've starded transfet of my char 13 hours ago, and it's not transfered, i don't know what is going on..Can you please help me ?

Support Q/A is basicly a player to player support channel.
Ofcourse we would love to help you out but in such cases we can / know just as much as you do.

Normally a transfer can take up to 24 hours. So i would give it that much time.
If after that there is still no progress then its best to contact warmane useing a support ticket on the website.
Keep in mind that warmane get flooded with tickets and request so it might take a while for them to proces your ticket.
