I have really big problem i haven't played on at year and a half maybe and i forgot my account password and mail password, username of at's account was woobsta and mail was [email protected] i dont really know how to get it back...

I WOULD BE REALLY HAPPY IF SOMEBODY HELP ME,i would not give a **** in case it was regular i gave 60 euros for that vip .....

That sucks. Hope you get it fixed. I think you have to contact a staffmember trough personal message, though.

Just to be sure you know:

1. Did you try to restore your account via arena-tournament site post-merge or did you just try to log-in instantly.

2. All gear is free at the moment. Full wrathfull/icc heroics for everybody. Take your advantage.

Thanks for this answer,yea i tried to restore it but without succes..And yes i know its free gear etc but i want vip mounts and vip xmog..

VIP was an AT thing, which means:

1) you need to merge your account from the old AT page, and contact Malaco if it doesn't works for some reason; and
2) your VIP features only apply to Blackrock and (maybe, I'm not sure) Warsong, they aren't extended to any other Warmane server.

i can't merge it because i dont know the password of account and a password of e-mail to retrieve it and yea i need it for black rock..

Then, like I said, you need to contact Malaco. He's the only one able to assist with AT account issues.
