How should one gear feral in pvp, with alot of pve items like rogues or mostly pvp?

If you are new to feral druids, I'd suggest you to start with mangle spec, agi stacked full pvp gear (ofc make an exception for one trinket, ring, and if you wish you can use pve weapon, neck, cloak and second ring). Idol of mutilation is a must. If you are skilled you should try shred spec, combine your wrathful pieces with icc hc arp pieces, stacking arp.
