Faction change question.

So I was wondering if there are any restrictions on gold/items/junk (in bags and bank) for the faction change function. Sorry if there is already a thread explaining things, I just can't seem to find it :X.
P.S.: I'm using vote points if it matters.

You can transfer with everything but make sure you leave your guild first, otherwise you'll be stuck seeing their chat until kicked.
