Two Forms not working...

Hey, so i insta 85'd my Worgen rogue after losing him when the server got hacked, so now when i try to use Two Forms it just says
" you cannot transform right now"

Yes, quite common bug, just use the search option on the forum and you will find numerous topics about this problem. Already reported at bugtracker. One solution. Write a ticket ingame, a kind GM would unlearn it and learn you the spell again. Both Cata and MoP.
