"You cannot purchase anything from trade until your currency reset is complete."

I have 10 coins left on my account, but whenever I try to purchase something of "Trade" tab, I get following message: "You cannot purchase anything from trade until your currency reset is complete.", and I'm not really sure what that means, when will my currency reset be completed?

You can not use refund coin for trade.
reset will come 45 days after recovery or if you click the reset button yourself.
You can only use those 10coin on feature such as change faction or use them on official market.
