Deathwing Transfer

I am sure this has been asked in the past so I skimmed through the forum to see if it was asked recently and saw nothing, so I was wondering if and when it would be possible to get characters from Deathwing to Rag with realm transfers. I only want to bring one char over, so would this be implemented soon if it were a limited amount of transfers? I'd be up for vote points as well, I just want to bring one dk over, it's been on DW for months and I never go there anymore...

Every time I have checked recently the realm populations have been quite balanced as opposed to a few months ago when Rag was around 500 higher, so I really don't see any reason that this couldn't be implemented at least temporarily?

Agreed, my main is sitting in DW and I haven't played it for a couple months just because I'd rather play it on Rag again.
