    Staff Attention?

    I submit a ticket, no answer, i PM on forum, no answer. I'm alone here? If the demands its high and less staff to answer the tickets/forum PM , why dont you hire more people? i been waiting for 4 days...

    What sort of ticket? PM to which group? About what?
    There are different ways to go about different things. The Staff is separated in areas and the only group that actively has a duty to deal with PMs are the Moderators - who only deal with Forum issues as well. If you use the wrong means or to the wrong group it's no surprise it might take you long.
