Its impossible to use a spell that triggers a GCD together with the trinket in a macro.
For example:
/use Tyrannical Gladiator's Badge of Dominance
/cast Lightning Bolt
The macro should use the trinket and then cast lightning bolt.
What happens on Frostwolf is that it doesnt activate the trinket at all and only cast lightning bolt.

I have been using a such macro for my burst, all in 1 and it works perfectly, maybe sometimes it doesnt trigger at first but after few spamms it does, I honestly dont know why it shouldnt work....

Just checked it as well, it indeed does not work.
If you have a /cast and then an immediate /use the item does not get consumed if the /cast skill has no GCD. Strangely enough if you use /cast x and /cast y and x does not have a GCD, both are cast perfectly fine.

When u have to use ur macro multiple times in order to activate the trinket then there is already something wrong.
It should use all abilitys that dont trigger a GCD ( including trinkets) on the first macro use.
From my experience the macro works when there is not a spell in it that triggers a GCD.
For example:
/use trinket
/cast ascendance
Works because ascendance doesnt trigger a GCD so it use the trinket together with ascendance
/use trinket
/cast frostshock
Doesnt work because frostshock trugger a GCD. It cast first frostshock and after the GCD the trinket.

According to wowhead non of the spells in ur macro trigger a GCD....
Try a macro like:
/use 13
/cast mangle
When my theory is right it gonna cast mangle first and after the GCD it gonna use the trinket.

on warmane.. u need to have ur buffs [trinkets, gloves, spells, whatever] in a diff. macro then anything that deals damage to get full effect most of the time. if say ur a reckstorm nab.. u could make like R your bladestorm.. and shift R use gloves, reck, etc.. so then just use shift r followed by r

You should not require 2 button presses to activate a skill that has no GCD and a GCD, there is a reason it does not have a GCD...

Even spells which triggers no cd have this effect sometimes. For exemple if you have a macro to pop trinket+skull banner+ recklessness, sometimes the trinket wont trigger and you have to spam it.

it really is trouble some when you need to burst someone esp in arena/bg

I was even thinking to replace my "one use trinket" completly and get two proc trinkets instead because with these broken macros the "one use trinket" requires just too much attention in pvp.
I dont have the time in arena to spam my burst macro for one more second just too make sure that the trinket activats.
