Can't purchase with coins

Hello, i donated for 150 points yesterday and when i'm trying to buy Shadowmourne its telling me "Your currency must be reset before you can purchase Shadowmourne."I made a ticket(the ticket was made under general enquiry category) but i didn't get any response and 19 hours passed...It's not like i don't have patience... I'm just starting to get really worried.

It's as the message states: until the currency reset (of refunded coins and points) is done, you aren't able to get that item. You can ask for the reset to be forced instead of waiting for the period to end, and any coins beyond those refunded won't be affected, so if all those 150 coins are in fact from a recent donation, you will be able to get the item.
