The reason I am writing post here is that I can't open ticket. It's not like I just tried once and I am writing this here. I literally dig my way all trough forum and read everything about how to do it but I just can't create a ticket. The reason why I can't create it is because there are "illegal characters" in my ticket.

So the reason why I tried to contact support is because my character and everything went missing after I came back to this game year and half later. Please tell me what to do so I can properly contact support and solve my issues. :)
