PvP Enchants from the Points Marketplace

Did you by any chance recently remove the PvP head and shoulders enchants from the point section of the marketplace?
If yes what's the best way for a pvper to actually get em in game?

Many items were removed from marketplace. Most of them should be obtainable in game. If you are talking about wotlk then you can buy stamina/resilience shoulder enchant from honor vendor in Stormwind/Orgrimmar and other head and shoulder enchants from Wintergrasp vendors.
