Fighting against a rogue?

I love how half the people are talking about Cata while the other half talk about MoP, and a lot of you guys still haven't noticed :D
Please note, OP mentions Vicious gear, so we can assume he is talking about Cata.

@OP, as a warlock or priest, you will struggle against rogues. They are a strong counter for you. Once you get your dots up, he will use cloak of shadows to clear them and continue dps'ing like nothing happened. As a warlock, you can try to use a succubus and use seduction when he opens with cheap shot, and follow up with a strong cc chain.

Even still, tough fight by all means against any semi-skilled rogue, as they can always use CoS,Vanish, Smoke Bomb, Prep, etc.

People are talking about MOP because rogues in MOP are just as overpowered as they were in cata thanks to bugs.

If talk about cata than yes, you have 2 worst classes to deal with rogues. Priest/lock vs rogue unfair but cmon rogues also have some serious oponents, like retri palas, ench.

If server had no pve items paladins would be fresh meat for lunch. In other hand if yu know how to play for blood DK is pain for rogue to even consider to kill it. As we know server is broken so DK have toons of bugs.

In other hand if server had no pve items every class would be equal.

I got both a full Grievous frost mage and Arms War. Rouges are not hard to deal with it at all, until the moment you face one with PVE Trinkets.
Since PVE scale down isn't working on this server, they get the Shado pan assault trinket and upgrade it twice and enjoy a 5k extra Agility . some go dual PVE trinket to take full advantage of it.
I remember on Shrine on my war (Def stance), one hord rouge would open up with a 90k ambush + spam 80ks shadow blade and my 510k hp pool would be gone in 3sec. short story during the 10 time he killed me ,i could never touch him once since i never came out of first cheap shot alive.
as long as pve down scaling is not fixed we will see more and more ppl exploiting this to their advantage stuffing PVE Gears.

doesn't matter cata or mop, rouge are over power, they can stun you nonstop, our escape is useless, as much as their stun their damage should be less, but on waremane, they can just one shot you add that they can stun you nonstop.
regardless of what they say, nothing wrong with rouge, yeah running around one shot people, nothing wrong at all.
