Pandaria Enhancement shamans

Is it me or is enhancement bugged, i mean the spirit wolves hardly do any dmg in pvp and so they dont heal alot in pvp, in pve they heal for 3k maybe 4k. This leads me on to the totems like healing stream and healing tide not healing a lot but that could just be me as i only started playing shaman in warmane so i dont know what they were like on retail.

mop is a gear expansion , so dont expect anything before getting atleast full tyrannical

The thing is i am nearly full grevious and my spirit wolves heal me for 300-400 in pvp haha, but when i do dungeons and dailies they heal me for 3-4k.

Wolves are bugged and they don't deal the proper dmg(and heal). Pray for a fix because this is bugged for months.
