Insane lag spikes

Heya,

I have been having insane lag spikes over the last couple of days.
A few minutes all is ok and my ms is around 30-40.
Than after that I get 3k+ ms and my WoW freezes for 10-30 sec which makes it unplayable.
I tried adding the ports necessary to my firewall, used latency fixers etc.
Anyone else has an idea how I can try to fix my latency?

Wireless network but other games do not give me these lag spikes. Tried almost everything, 2 weeks ago there wasn't anything like this..
