If I transfer horde, buy mount ( I already have points ) and then transfer back, will mount come with me?

Should do. Mounts are account wide - double check by trying to use the mounts with a character you already have on horde if possible.

This should work. I made a horde character, bought the black war raptor, transfered it to alliance and the mount got transfered as well. So you should be fine.
