Problems with Dual Wield on Frostwolf

Hi, i'm fairly new at this. I am a level 11 Blood Elf Hunter, and when I tried to orginally do the hunter quest, it wouldn't give me the dialogue option to finish the steady shot quest when I talked to the trainer. Now, it tells me that if I want to dual wield I have to talk to a trainer, and whenever I do (I have tried many Hunter trainers) it never gives me an option to learn new skills like that. It just offers me to switch my specialization for 1 gold. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way for me to be able to dual wield? Thanks in advance

Do you mean Dual spec? Cause...hunters don't dual wield. If so you need to be lvl 30 to dual spec.

First, hunters now only equip ONE weapon, the ranged one (bow, gun, etc.)
Second, you don't need trainers anymore to learn skills, you just get them when you are leveling, as soon as you hit the required level you learn de skill.
Also, no more minimum range for hunters, and any melee skill was taken out.
